Dev - New Technical Documentation Area

I just added a new space to the docs.ofbiz.org site for technical documentation and added an initial pass at the Basic Production Setup Guide to it. Ruth Hoffman and some others have expressed interest in having that and other docs there so they can help work on them. I'm added permissions for the usual suspects to have edit access to this, but if I missed anyone let me know.

Ruth: sorry this took so long! I did some basic formatting and pulled all the text over from the word doc, but no images yet and there is still some cleanup work that needs to be done.

BTW, I forgot to mention: over time we'll be moving most of the docs here (except generated JavaDocs and such) from the website/docs directory and such in OFBiz.

I just read it and I have a suggestion:

Seed Data Loading - it would be helpful to explain the difference between Seed
data and Demo data (what their purposes are).

Thanks for the feedback.

Just to note: this text is taken directly from the OFBiz Basic Production Setup PDF that has been around for a while. It needs to be updated and modernized a fair amount.

What would be helpful is now that we have the Confluence system in place to add comments like this directly on the site there. You can attach comments to each document and then authors can work to get those in place.

Sorry about that, this permission has to be setup for each space and I forgot to do that for this new one.

You should be able to add comments now... let me know if you run into any other problems.
