Dev - Restoring auto-compilation of ofbiz project in eclipse

Hi David,

Attached to this mail, a patch that updates Eclipse build path to match
current ant compilation process. It disables compilation of source files
that depend on optional or external libraries. Thus it restores auto
compilation feature of Eclipse on a fresh checkout of Ofbiz.
