Hi,
I would like to get hold of the shop store part of
Ofbiz and deploy it onto Tomcat version 5.5.9 which runs jre 1.5. I am
stuck with this version as I only have access to upload files to a remote tomcat
installation and am not able to run it as a standalone version. I
can modify its files within the tomcat subfolders but will not be able to run
any shell scripts.
Please point me to a suitable thread or link with
steps outlining what I will need to do. I had a look at the database
schema available on ofbiz.dev.java.net and was overwhelmed with the scope of the
features of the system.
If Tomcat is not supported then is it easy to and
would I be allowed to rip out the store component and only run
that.
After getting the whole system working to start
with as I would be happy with the shop front working on its own.
