Doubt in Order Creation

Naveen Kumar-3
Hi All,

I have a doubt in creating order for a *Product* whose *Product Type* is *
Service.*

**When we declare product as service, *Shipping* is not required.
1. Without adding Shipping Address, we can't create an order.
2. Why we have to enter shipping information, when it is not necessary for a
service?

Regards,
Naveen

You may need this information for invoicing for instance. You may use no shipping option.

If your are invoicing a large corporation, they will have different
Department or actual facilities so the shipping address will be where or
for which Department the services are performed.

depending on the order sequence you allow you can have them the same.
