I followed your changes in live and all seems correct to me (Confluence on the ASF infra is good for that).
Maybe we could say that we expect to release (not official yet) in April?

I am planning to attend the ASF Board meeting as a guest and so, if needed, I will be able to mention the status of the art about release management (including what we are discussing about April release candidate). This is why I have only included in the report official resolutions. What do you think?

This looks good Jacopo, thanks for your work on all of this.

It might be good to mention that there are no new committers or PMC members. I don't remember why I started doing that, but I think it was based on some early feedback that this is one of the things the board likes to keep an eye on whether there are new people or not.
