Eclipse IDE and installing patches

attempting to use the patch for 892.
It says it found the customerEvents.xml
and registration.ftl
but did not find the properties files and EmailPartyScreen.xml

see I knew if i wrote something it would become clear.
I just had to check the boxes to create the missing files.
