I am using ofbiz 16.11.04
I have tried to reproduce this and found out, that this happens after closing the window of the application after a crash.
When I logout after this message and login again, the message does not appear again.

Yes, I don't, and the official trunk demo does not either, reproduce that
Please always give your version number in such cases
