How resume module will be help full in HR application.

Hi,

I tried to upload resumes in the HR application module, but i didnt get the
upload option, can any one help me, whether we can upload resumes in ofbiz

Pls help me out regard this

hi.
i clicked on HR module, and i clicked on the resume module,
then created new party resume by filling all the necessary fields,

then i clicked on create, but where can i upload the resume in these field,

is it possible to upload the resume in the doc file format pls help me out.

there is not a upload feature.
you assign content that was created through the content manager.
to my knowledge HR is still being worked on and there is no content
defined to give you an example.

as a thought, since the communicationevents handles word document,
attachments,  in email, you can:
1) look at how it does this to build and upload
2) you can expand on the email portion of the communications events and
if the document or email has the word resume in it:
  a) create party and lognin if not already done
  b) build the content under the HR website
  c) can even do a word doc to text conversion
  d) link to hr using
https://demo.ofbiz.org/humanres/control/EditPartyResume
automatically

that way people can email resumes.
