Repair OST File using Microsoft Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST):
a. Close Microsoft Outlook.
b. Find the location of the OST file on your computer. The default location is typically:
For Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013: C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\
For Outlook 2010: C:\Users%username%\Documents\Outlook Files
c. Locate the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe) on your computer. The default location is:
For Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010 (64-bit): C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX\
For Outlook 2010 (32-bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX
Note: Replace "XX" with the version number of your Outlook installation.
d. Run the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe).
e. Click on the "Browse" button and select the corrupt OST file.
f. Click on the "Start" button to initiate the scanning and repair process.
g. If any errors or corruption are found, click on the "Repair" button to fix them.
h. Once the repair process is complete, open Microsoft Outlook and check if the OST file is accessible.
