Hello:
I have added a product to my catalog and marked it as a virtual product. When I go to add the color and size selectable features, I go the to features page. Under Add Product Feature with Type and ID Code: I selected Color, gave it an ID code of Color and hit the add button. The page reloads and seems to do nothing. I don't get an error message of any kind. When I go to the Variants page, it tells me there are no selectable features. Any idea what went wrong? I tried clearing the caches and it did not help. Any other ideas why I cannot add a selectable feature to a product? Thanks, Neil -- Neil Aggarwal, (214)986-3533, www.JAMMConsulting.com FREE! You need to:
1. Make sure you have a product feature type of "Color" 2. Then you add a product feature category of say "colours" 3. Then click on edit on the product feature category and you can add your features there. Scott:
So, do I need to list all possible colors for all my products in the Color feature type and then add the individual ones that are specific to my product? That's right, you've got Feature Types and the Features under them, and then
those Features need to be applied to your products as necessary.
