 Convert PST to CSV with Installed Microsoft Outlook Program
Open Outlook application.
Navigate to File>>Open & Export>>Open Outlook Data file.
Select your PST file from your computer and tap Open.
After that, you can view the PST file in your Outlook account.
Restart the Outlook application and navigate to File>>Open & - Export>>Import/Export.
After that, choose the option Export to a file and click Next.
