If you want an error-free export of the NSF file to EML. Therefore, utilise the SysInspire NSF to PST converter. Because this tool easily converts or exports Lotus Notes NSF files to EML and other formats, including PST, EMLX, Office 365, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Zimbra-tgz, vCard, MSG, and MBOX, among others, it can be used with no issues on any version of Windows, including vista, XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11, among others.

To export an NSF (Notes Storage Facility) file to EML (Email Message Format), you can follow these steps:

Launch IBM Lotus Notes on your computer.

Open the NSF file that you want to export to EML format.

Select the emails or messages that you want to export to EML format.

Click on "File" and then choose "Export" from the drop-down menu.

In the Export wizard, select the location where you want to save the exported EML files.

Choose "Structured Text" or "Comma Separated Value" as the export file type.

Set the export options as per your requirement, such as the field delimiter and other settings.

Click on the "Export" button to start the export process.

Wait for the export process to complete. Once it's done, you will have the exported EML files in the destination folder.

Alternatively, you can use a third-party NSF to EML converter tool to perform the conversion process. Some popular tools that you can use are "SysTools Lotus Notes to Outlook Converter" and "DataHelp NSF to EML Converter". These tools offer a user-friendly interface and allow you to export multiple NSF files to EML format in a hassle-free manner.
