           I would like to know how can we make use of hr module in ofbiz framework.Please direct me to any links that would be helpful if i have just not found.Any help is much appreciated.

There is no any direct document   for using HR module in Ofbiz frame work.
Follow the steps like that
Create Employee ,
Create Employeement of created Employee
Create Employee Position ..............
...............
.............
