Step 1: Install Zimbra Desktop
Download Zimbra Desktop:
Download Zimbra Desktop from the official Zimbra website.
Install the application on your computer.

Step 2: Configure Zimbra Desktop
Launch Zimbra Desktop:
Open Zimbra Desktop on your computer.
Set Up an Account:
When you first launch Zimbra Desktop, it will prompt you to set up an email account.
If you don't have an existing account, you can set up a temporary account for this process.

Step 3: Import the PST File into Zimbra Desktop
Access Import/Export Wizard:
In Zimbra Desktop, go to "File" > "Import/Export" > "Import Wizard."
Select Import Type:
Choose "Outlook Personal Folders (.pst)" as the type of data to import.
Browse and Select PST File:
Click on "Browse" and select the Outlook PST file that you want to import.
Choose Import Options:
Select the items you want to import, such as emails, contacts, calendars, etc.
Set Destination Folder:
Choose the Zimbra Desktop folder where you want to import the data.
Start the Import:
Click "Next" and then "Finish" to start the import process.
Wait for Completion:
Allow Zimbra Desktop to complete the import process. The time it takes depends on the size of the PST file.
Verify Imported Data:
After the import is complete, verify that your emails, contacts, and other data are available on Zimbra Desktop.
