Integration of CRM Opentaps in ofbiz ERP.

Hi everyone,

I want to know how I can integrate Opentaps in ofbiz ERP because it has not the CRM module!!
Please if anyone has an idea thank you to explain to me how I can proceed.

It has a SFA module. It has the CRM functionalities.

It's Ok and thx for replying but  as i know, there are différences between CRM and SFA  and maybe they have some similiarities , for me i need the real CRM fonctionnalities :D

CRM is more centered around the customer and consists of modules to handle tracking customer support issues, order tracking and datawarehousing. Customer focus can be used to describe most parts of a CRM system. Some examples of data collected by CRM systems include:

Campaign tracking
Purchase history
Shipping history
Account data
Sales data

SFA is more centered around making sales, sales people, improving close rates and managing the day-to-day of getting sales done. SFA is included in CRM in a lot of cases and since SFA usually handles much of the same data collection that a CRM system would, it makes sense to purchase a CRM system rather than a standalone SFA solution.

BTW, we don't need to integrate Opentaps in Ofbiz because "Opentaps is develeped on the top of Ofbiz".
