Internacionalization question

I am now beginning to define a project to translate ofbiz to
Spanish(Spain).

I would need to change some terms from default spanish translation.

Will it be enough to copy:

ManufacturingUiLabels_es.properties
to
ManufacturingUiLabels_es_ES.properties

and then change the terms in the new file?
