Is it possible to create dropdown using entity fields from FTL?

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a UI where in I provide both present and permanent address and it has to call the createAddress service twice. I tried using multi forms but have trouble formatting the form in the intended way.
Is it possible to create dropdown using entity fields from FTL? If then, i'll try to implement it using FTL.
Please provide suggestions.
