I think you must clarify what in particular you are looking for. The term "workflow" is too generic to be of any help :)

OFBiz does no longer use any workflow engines. There was a tentative but it has been abandoned long ago

Hi Mingyang,

Good news: there are several workflow implements in OFBiz. Shark, which is still under special purpose; OSWorkflow version in OSWorkflow release; my jBPM version here:
https://github.com/shijh/langhua/tree/master/langhua-ofbiz-jbpm

Bad news: you still have a lot to do no matter which one you choose.
