Is there a way to send PO (pdf or otherwise) emailed to the supplier?

Is there a way PO PDF or PO request emailed to the supplier from admin?

the system I developed worked off of the Contact mech
I added some new email types, one include the email to send orders to.
I added new email type for sending email to supplier to the product store.
you can use any template you want to send the order.
started a jira be never got the code converted over till recently

I am afraid its not very clear from the jira issue.

How are ppl sending the POs to the suppliers right now?
