I asked because it was not there since commited. Also there are some différences between header.flt files in each themes. I think we
should keep them as equal as possible. It should help in future...
I will try to make them easily comparable in a 1st time.

Looked into it a little more and it looks like the VT_HDR_IMAGE_URL  
theme setting is totally ignored and the url is hard-coded in the CSS  
files. I've updated that in SVN rev 766503 (and in the release branch).

There is another downside with this approach.
If you want to change the logo you have to make it exatly the same size as the original logo.
This should not be an issue in most case, but it's not very handy
