Converting NSF (Notes Storage Facility) files to PST (Personal Storage Table) manually can be a complex process, but it's possible using the IBM Notes (formerly Lotus Notes) client itself. Please note that this process assumes you have access to the IBM Notes client and the NSF files you want to convert. Here's a general overview of the steps involved:

Launch IBM Notes:

Open the IBM Notes client on the computer where you have access to the NSF files.
Open the NSF File:

Click on "File" in the IBM Notes menu.
Select "Application" and then choose "Open."
Browse and select the NSF file you want to convert to PST.
Create a New Mail Database:

In the NSF file that you've opened, click on "File" in the menu again.
Select "Application" and then choose "New Copy."
You will be prompted to create a new copy of the database. Give it a name and location, and make sure to select "Mail (IMAP/SMTP)" as the template. This will create a new mail database (NSF file) that can be easily converted to PST.
Copy Emails to the New Mail Database:

In the new mail database, open your mailbox within the NSF file you want to convert.
Select and copy the emails, contacts, calendar items, and other data you want to convert.
Paste this data into the newly created mail database (the one with the "Mail (IMAP/SMTP)" template).
Replicate or Synchronize Data:

To ensure that all data is copied to the new mail database, you may need to replicate or synchronize the data. This step is important, as it ensures that the data is available for export.
Export as PST:

Once you have copied all the data into the new mail database, you can export it as a PST file.
Click on "File" in the IBM Notes menu.
Select "Export."
Choose the export format as "Structured Text" (CSV) and specify a location to save the exported data.
After exporting as CSV, you can use a tool like Microsoft Outlook to import the CSV file and save it as a PST file.
Import PST into Outlook (Optional):

If you wish to import the PST file into Microsoft Outlook, open Outlook.
Click on "File," select "Open & Export," and choose "Import/Export."
Follow the prompts to import the PST file into Outlook.
Please note that this process can be time-consuming, and the specific steps may vary based on your version of IBM Notes. Additionally, it's important to back up your original NSF file before attempting any conversion, as the process can be irreversible and may result in data loss if not done correctly.

Consider seeking assistance from your organization's IT department or consulting IBM Notes documentation for detailed guidance based on your specific version and configuration.
