New entity proposal for configurable products

Hi all,

in OFBIZ-1912 "Configurable products with Virtual product options" I've
created a new entity called "ConfigOptionProductOption".
This entity is used to store variant productIds for different
configurations. The patch contains also a product called PIZZA to
demonstrate the use of virtual products for configuration options.
If there are no objections, I will commit it after one week.
