OFBIZ-11879 and README files under web site

Hi,

I have always found annoying to read README.adoc when it's suite fine as a HTML file with a TOC.
I also found that few users are not reading it maybe because it's uneasy.

Anyway instead of AsciiDoc files under main repos we can now refer to HTML or PDF files under https://ci.apache.org/projects/ofbiz/site/

eg for README

  * https://ci.apache.org/projects/ofbiz/site/trunk/readme/html5/README.html
  * https://ci.apache.org/projects/ofbiz/site/next/readme/html5/README.html
  * https://ci.apache.org/projects/ofbiz/site/stable/readme/html5/README.html
