[OFBiz] Users - How do I disable order notifications?

What is the easiest way to disable the automatic order confirmation
emails. Is there a way to do it from somewhere in ordermanager?

If you want to shut off all outgoing emails edit general.properties.  
For per-store and per-email settings you can go to the ProductStore-
 >Emails screen in the Catalog Manager.
