[OFBiz] Users - Importing Inventory and product attributes

which entities in the sample data should I use as examples for importing Inventory Info and product attribute like Size?

The best file to look at is the DemoProduct.xml file in ofbiz/
applications/ecommerce/data. This has a lot of sample product data.  
There are a couple of other files that have product data for special  
purposes, like the travel stuff and the configurable product example,  
but that's the main file.
