 what  is "paginate-target" in the Form definition.

It's for making multiple pages when the list to be displayed has too
many entries.

I will answer that, but first I must reinforce the company line about
not posting to both lists :0)

The paginate-target is the request to which calls for subsequent pages
must be made.
I had to go to the source to see if it was not using the "target" value
if "paginate-target" does not exist. It does not, but, maybe it should.
