Si,
I am using version 5458,which is the second latest
version. I am not sure whether the bug has been fixed
in version 5521.

Secondly, referring to the user manual you sent to me,
is very helpful.

However, I have this problem relating to Production
Run. In the statement, "The facility is the warehouse
or factory where the components will be withdrawn and
the finished product placed." under Create Production
Run, does it mean that the raw material and finished
product must be from the same warehouse or factory?

What if  the raw material and product is stored in
different warehouse?

The first one is a bug if that's what you're seeing.
Are you running
an
update version?  If so, please create a JIRA bug
issue.

As for manufacturing, I just wrote this:

Right now it is but there are plans to fix that:

In the mean time, you can transfer inventory between warehouses using
the facility manager.
