[OFBiz] Users - Text Data Tools and Entity XML Import

Hi all,

I have reviewed/updated/integrated the following Wiki page about Data Files:

I think that the Data File tools and the Entity XML Import/Export tools
should be considered best practices when dealing with db migrations or
data import.

I'd like to get your feedback about this subject.
