[OFBiz] Users - *_attribute and *_type_attr

[N Kurniawan]

i'm looking for explanation about the usage of tables with names like
*_attribute and *_type_attr. for example party_attribute and
party_type_attr.

any example in relation with them 'main' table (party table for
example) will be helpfull because most of them (if not all) is empty.
