There is no manual way to import OST files to Zimbra. The user has to migrate their OST files to PST files and then import PST data into Zimbra

Step 1 Transfer OST Files to PST files

Visit the Control panel and select the mail option and from there select properties
In properties, there is a data files tab, where you can see the location of the files.
Open MS Outlook and visit the file menu and now click open and export tab and from there select import/ export tab.
After that, select the export to file option which can be seen in Import/Export Wizard
After that, the user has to select the pst files and click on the account name and ensure that all folders and sub-folders are included in it.
Select the location where you want to store PST files and in the end, the wizard will ask you the password. You can add it to enhanced security.
Now, visit the selected path, and pst file will be seen.

Step 2- Importing PST files to Zimbra

Now, the user needs to launch ZCS migration wizard and follow the below-mentioned steps

Select the PST file and click on the Next button.
When you launch Zimbra desktop, the user can view folders, subfolders according to date, depending upon the requirement you can select the files.
Now, the import process will start. Even the user can open Log file to view the entire process.
Once it is complete, a pop-up message will appear showing that the migration process is complete and there will be a purview of migrated items.
Now, the user can freely access Zimbra desktop, like tasks, folders, contacts with the imported items.
The user can also move the files from the local Zimbra desktop to Zimbra collaboration account, using drag and drop.
