You can migrate your Office 365 account to another account without losing data. Here are some steps you can follow:
Select Setup > Data migration > View migrations > Other email sources.
Enter the email address and password of the old Office 365 account.
Select and add the username and password of the new O365 account.
Install and launch the tool.
Select mailbox items and apply a date filter.
Provide O365 admin details and validate.
Create mapping, validate, and select users.
Click on Start Migration.
