To migrate an Office 365 account to another account, you can:
Select Setup > Data migration > View migrations > Other email sources.
Enter the email ID and password of the old Office 365 account.
Select and add the username and password of the new O365 account.

You can use Office365Migrator.com, a free Exchange Server add-on application, to plan, schedule, monitor, and move mailboxes from Exchange on-premises to Office 365.
You can migrate a maximum of 2,000 mailboxes from your on-premises Exchange organization to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 using a cutover migration. However, the recommended number of mailboxes is 150. Performance may likely degrade with numbers higher than that.
