To view the contents of a PST (Personal Storage Table) file in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

Open Microsoft Outlook:

Make sure you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer. If you don't have it, you'll need to install it.
Launch Outlook:

Open Microsoft Outlook from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.
Add the PST File:

PST files are typically used to store archived email data or additional mailboxes. To open a PST file, you need to add it as a data file to your Outlook profile. Here's how:
Go to the "File" tab in Outlook (or "Open & Export" in older versions).
Click on "Open & Export" (or "Open" in older versions).
Select "Open Outlook Data File" (or "Open Data File" in older versions).
Locate and Select the PST File:

A dialog box will open. Browse to the location where your PST file is stored, select it, and click "Open."
View PST Folder Structure:

After opening the PST file, you will see its folder structure in the left-hand pane of Outlook under your main mailbox. The PST file will appear as a separate mailbox with its folders.
Access PST File Folders:

Click on the PST file's name to expand its folder structure. You can now view the folders and their contents just like you would with your primary mailbox.
View PST Items:

You can view the emails, calendar items, contacts, tasks, and other data within the PST folders. Simply click on a folder to see its contents.
Search PST Contents:

If you're looking for specific items within the PST file, you can use the search feature in Outlook to find emails or other data by keywords, sender, date, etc.
Manage PST Data:

You can move or copy items between the PST file and your primary mailbox, delete items, or perform other management tasks as needed.
Close PST File:

When you're done viewing the PST file, you can close it by right-clicking on the PST file name in the left-hand pane and selecting "Close <PST file name>."
Remember that PST files are commonly used for archiving email data. If you need to create a new PST file or import/export data to/from a PST file, you can do so using Outlook's Import and Export Wizard. Be sure to regularly back up your PST files to prevent data loss.
