Person.memberId

Hi,

I will soon commit a new POS feature which needs to change the type of Person.memberId from id to id-ne.
I ask in case this would disturb anybody ?

Wouldn't that make it required everywhere?  If so I'm pretty sure that  
would affect everybody.

OK, so I will go with type="id". Not a problem it was more belt + shoulder strap than a real need actually.
BTW, why do you think people use memberId for? I did not find any usage in OFBiz OOTB.

I have no idea what it's used for, my guess is that it's a field that  
shouldn't have made it's way into the generic data model.
