Please help on an OFBiz dev question

Hi,

I am new to OFBiz, and trying to add a function into OFBiz.  The function is a product has a promotion price 50% off but requires minimum 100 order within, say, 24 hours.  If the orders are not met then all are not charged, canceled and send emails.  Can you give me some points on how to do so?  Any point is appreciated.

This happens very often that customization related questions comes on developer mailing list. I propose to use 'custom development' instead of 'customization' word under Support of Users and Developers List: [hidden email] on https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/Mailing+Lists. I would also suggest to make it red.
