That would imply that someone is actually doing testing and fixing on
the latest browsers (at least) with the OOTB templates... I'm not
aware of anyone doing that and fixing everything they find. Usually
only really annoying and/or disabling IE issues seem to be reported
and fixed (and most that really do lots of browser testing have
replaced most of the HTML anyway...).
