In ofbiz we can easy to create sub config items with multiple selection. Let's go with your given 4 components: Table Top (virtual product has 3 Variant 1.round table top 2. square table top 3.rectangular table top. Legs (virtual product has 3 Variant 1.round leg 2. square leg Stretcher (Finished Good) Hardware (Finished Good) After create all above four types of products.Create configurations of all types of items.Go to catalogue manager -> Configurations Add Products Configs in config item.
