A fair number of my products have things like apostrophes, ampersands,
etc in their names. When I display said products in the browser, the
browser happily renders them. However, when I render the same products
in PDF, I get the raw entites (&, ', etc, etc). Does anyone know
what I have to tweak to get these to render in PDF? I suspect it is some
magical incantation to tell XSL to recognise said entities and map them
to appropriate glyphs, but I don't know how to do that...
