Response Time is too high for 30 Virtual Users

I have conducted a load test and profiled the screen render part of ofbiz. We have customized the UI of the ofbiz according to our requirement

The response time of some of the methods are too high.

I have used jensor as the profiler.

Can any one suggest how to reduce this time?
