Can we integrate third party SMS Gatway with Ofbiz?

Yes, Dhiraj you can integrate provided you have the proper Java API's or integration platform provided by the third party vendor.

you can integrate , third party sms provider like bulksms.com , globalsms.com they provide api documentation as well.
