Service Inocation Error

Hi,

After issuing all the items, the "Service Invocation Error" is occurred while updating the shipment with the status of "Packed". I have checked with my java method, it returns success to the service. But i dont know where this error happening. Help me in this. The error displayed below:

Error calling event: org.ofbiz.webapp.event.EventHandlerException: Service invocation error (Commit transaction failed)
