Answering my own question, I think that it has been done by purpose to avoid changing estimates done before shipping and give false
results (even if /though estimates are not guaranteed values)
So I guess the idea is to simply create new ShipmentCostEstimates when necessary and remove deprecated ones. Makes sense indeed.
To avoid tedious work, we could use duplication instead of re-creating from scratch. I'm not sure it's worth it,
ShipmentCostEstimates don't change much I guess.
Any opinions?
