Start ofbiz on boot up

Sirs -

Is there an example start up script for starting ofbiz when the server
boots up. Add it to the in the rc.local file for example?

Platform is RedHat Enterprise.

The tutorial is rather rough and ready, if anyone has
corrections please feel free to correct the Wiki
directly.   I will probably not have time to come back
to this for a while but I thought it was better to at
least put something up.

Regular wiki contributors: I was not aware of any
other docs which deal with this issue, except for
those I have referenced.   If I have missed something,
please correct the Wiki rather than telling me on the
ML!

Cameron,

I put one for windows recently http://tinyurl.com/2cr93t. I have no time
to review yours (actually from the old Wiki, I guess) thoroughly but I
see some references to MySql which has proved some problems recently.
Perhaps we should mix them. I will see that later...
