having problems submitting the url that is in the Verify Email.
https://127.0.0.1:8443/ecommerce/control/updateContactListParty?contactListId=9010&partyId=10057&fromDate=2007-02-06
12:10:15.725&optInVerifyCode=9706030699
1) How do I change 127.0.0.1 to the correct ip/hostname?
2) when clicking the link the conversion of fromdate fails. the date has
a space between date and time and the error is incorrect date format. if
I change the space to %20 the conversion fails.
