Unable to create new Facility

Hi all

I am working with
Fedora 10
Ofbiz trunk demo data
rev 730350

Before the svn update I was able to create a new facility but after it I am presented with the following
error message it also happens in my installation without demo data



Help please!

This (and other related errors) should be definitively fixed in 730433
