Also be aware that just because a category is
"inactive" the products in that category can still be
added to a cart and turned into an order if a user
knows the productId, or has ordered it before and it's
in the user's order history or in a shopping list.
Found this out the hard way in regards to a product
being expired in the category. Makes perfect sense
the thought process is just easily overlooked.

In the catalog application, Select a catalog, click
the "categories"
