Do any users of OFBiz have interest in an Amazon.com integration
package? What this package would include is: 1) Automated posting of Product/Price/Inventory feeds to Amazon.com under your seller ID 2) Automated processing of Order Report documents from Amazon.com into OFBiz for order processing. 3) Automated posting of Order Adjustment feeds to Amazon.com for changes to orders. 4) Automated posting of Order Fulfillment feeds to Amazon.com when orders in the system ship. Everything works behind the scenes with very little setup required. However, due to the way Amazon handle product types and the extreme flexibility of OFBiz product model, a generic Product feed is not really possible. My integration make it possible to easily customize all four parts of this for your specific model. Depending on complexity. A very simple product model may work out of the box. Any interested parties should contact me directly (to avoid spamming this list) with some information such as: Types of products you sell. Your current organization of products. Do you use virtual products, what types of variations? Types of fulfillment (always ship, allow in-store pickup, etc) Third party fulfillment systems, are you integrated with any packages for fulfillment? Any special concerns. Andy, we are in the process of developing 3 OFBiz applications for
clients right at the moment. As soon as everything is up and running (sometime in June), I am sure that my largest customer would be very interested in being able to integrate with Froogle/Amazon/Yahoo. He has already indicated that Froogle is on his list - and when we discussed it (god it's gotta be a year ago now) I mentioned that like minded services were available at Amazon and Yahoo. Whenever you get a chance, let me know how I can be of help (I'll supply product information in the not too distant future) and we'll keep this thread going. I'm looking for an Amazon interface very much as Andy Zeneski outlined in this thread. What ever became of that effort? Does such a package exist to integrate Amazon with OFBiz? Any information would be very appreciated.

I have an Amazon.com integration which is 95% complete. Its currently in testing with a client. It will require certain customization as they are pretty specific about different types of products. This requires no schema changes. Andy suggest you contact him directly MiltonClark sent the following on 6/25/2008 10:12 PM: > I'm looking for an Amazon interface very much as Andy Zeneski outlined in > this thread.
