Users - BillingAccount and BillingAccountRole

Hello,

 

Are the BillingAccountRoles designed to provide different access levels to the BillingAccount? I am trying to understand them and my thinking is that a BillingAccount may have a custodian who has full access to it. In addition, there may be “limited access users” of the account, like company employees, who can request billing using that account but would require approval of custodian. Is this the way it works?

Vinay,

A BillingAccountRole entry can mean various things. A good source of information is the seed data files, in this case the DemoOrderPeopleData.xml file. Another good source of information is a quick code search, in this case searching for "illingAccountRole" (notice no B so it gets the upper and lower case one), etc.
