Users - Invoice problem

Hello,

I have a question:

Once I create an invoice, how do I sent it to the customer via email or print it and mail it. I know how to print sales order but I want to print invoice? Also, how to change invoice status from ready to sent?

Most of the funding has been covered, so at this point we just need six
more licenses of $3,000 each.  Hopefully that should not take too long.
