Users - admin 'disappeared'

Having run

ant clean-data

followed by

ant run-install-seed

I get the following when trying to log in as admin:

>>The following error occurred during login: User not found.

Is this normal and what's the solution?

Hi Charles,

this is not normal... the admin login is loaded with seed data in the
securityext component.
